Today, a mother of a little girl, after years of unsuccessful infertility treatments, I am the first to be convinced of the effectiveness of Fertility Yoga. I was diagnosed at 28 with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) - the leading cause of female infertility - when my period did not return after stopping the pill which I had been on for 10 years. Going from complications to complications and failures of Medically Assisted Reproduction treatments, I looked for a gentler method to better cope with my hormonal imbalance. I left my position as an international lawyer for the CAC-40 to follow my passion and trained all over the world in the types of female yogas. That’s how Fertility Yoga was born.

Food has a major role in maintaining a good hormonal balance. By varying the nutrient intake according to the different phases of the menstrual cycles (follicular phase vs. luteal phase), you participate in improving oocyte quality.
Indeed, certain foods will have a soothing effect on your nervous system and anti-inflammatory to reduce the level of stress, and in particular to reduce cravings for “too sweet, too salty, too rich, too inflammatory”.
