From Law to Yoga
I DISCOVERED YOGA 11 YEARS AGO WHILE LIVING IN SINGAPORE DURING MY LAW STUDY.
My roommate practiced her yoga sequence daily in our living room. She quickly converted me!
After 7 years in law firms then in legal departments of large groups, I felt a need for “better living”.
The first click occurred in 2012, diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, a hormonal imbalance that affects 1 in 5 women and which is exacerbated by stress, I felt the urgency to align my lifestyle with my values.
After years of IVF treatments and health complications, I left my position as a lawyer to co-found the @leserviceapp application to connect well-being professionals and city dwellers in a hurry, one of the first start-ups incubated at Station F.
In 2018, faced with a growing number of students, I dedicated myself full time to teaching Fertility Yoga.
I now work with gynaecologists from medically assisted procreation centers for the dissemination of a more holistic approach, more attentive to one's body and its needs in order to preserve female fertility.
My students feel understood and confident about my experience with assisted reproduction. They appreciate the positivism and benevolence of my classes, which I adapt to the female issues they encounter (15 to 65 years old - stress, irregular cycles, endometriosis, difficulty in getting pregnant, reduced pre / postnatal mobility, menopause).
Graduate professor
After having completed my initial training in Hatha Yoga (RYT), and in Pre and Postnatal Kundalini Yoga (RPYT),
I followed the teachings of Fertility Yoga experts, in the USA with Lynn Jensen, author of Yoga For Fertility, in Canada with Sue Dumais who trained the yoga teachers of Domar Fertility Center, then with the Australian Ana Davis, author of Moving with the Moon , a yoga for every period of the female cycle.
