> Fertility Hatha Yoga soothes emotions and anxiety
This feminine yoga designed by Charlotte Muller adapts to all women and their different pathologies.
Fertility Yoga is a feminine yoga for fertility and hormonal balance. It is accessible to all women, in desire of pregnancy or simply to learn to do good by practicing in a respectful way of the cycles of his body.
The practice is simple, there are no rules other than FY1 in the first part of the cycle, that is to say before ovulation. The FY2 is then practiced in the luteal phase, second part of the cycle.
Depending on your state of form of the day, you can quite practice FY2 during the ovulatory phase, if you want a milder course. The reverse is not true, no FY1 in luteal phase.
Fertility Yoga 2 x Endometriosis
The exclusive practice of FY2 is strongly recommended in case of endometriosis. LE FY2 is a gentler yoga that can be considered a rules yoga.
It does not involve twists or inversions that can trigger estrogen spikes that are inflammatory for endometriosis.
By associating the fundamentals of Hatha yoga and feminine movements, fertility yoga adapts to the cycles of women. It supports the endocrine system, and works on the pituitary, hypothalamus and pituitary relationships with the aim of activating the parasympathetic nervous system, to make you more resistant to stress and more resilient, which will help in the regulation of hormonal levels.
No twisting, no inversion and conscious breaths. The practice promotes alignment, flexibility and opening of the hips and ends with meditation exercises, to let go, calm the mind and gain optimism.
Hormonal disturbances can be of various kinds. Some are hereditary, others are behavioral (tobacco, alcohol, diet) but also environmental (endocrine disruptors in 95% of beauty products, professional and urban stress).
Many women report impaired fertility and sometimes unexplained infertility, known as “idiopathic”. For these, the yoga of fertility combined with a cleanse of toxic factors of 3 months pre-IVF resulted in + 30% of chances of pregnancy in 3 to 6 months, (2013 study on 348 French couples in assisted reproduction)
